Rocking chairs are a necessity in many homes. From babies to octagenarians, they are a functional and comfortable part of the home. But often they aren't so stylish. Traditional, yes, but with a few exceptions, rockers aren't usually at the cutting edge of modern style.
I was ecstatic to find this chrome "bentwood" rocker over the weekend! Here are a couple pics- I haven't had a chance to shine up the chrome yet. Can't you imagine it in a nursery, reupholstered in a fun small-scale geometric fabric?
Or upholstered in a bright velvet like this!
