With little children, I am not currently in the market for a coffee table, especially not one with a glass top. But I couldn't resist this fabulous coffee table this weekend. It has ram's head detailing at the top and hooves (is that the plural of hoof?) at the feet of the table.
The table is from the 1960's and is stamped "Italy" on the bottom of a hoof. Hollywood Regency at its best! It reminds me of these fabulous rooms:

Ooo! Gorgeous! I had a glass coffee table for a while but I couldn't stand how dirty it was ALL the time. Fingerprints, dust, crumbs - blech. Will you let little ones around it?
I didn't have any finds this past weekend, but the decor hoarder in me is alway on the lookout. Right now I'm hooked on blue&white china plates, and vintage lamps. I can't even find a spot for all the lamps I have! I think I'm driving the hubs crazy.
Always love seeing what you find!
Andrea- I think a glass top table has to be a living room piece. We do too much "living" in our family room to use it there!
Beyond fab. Awesome find!
