Speaking of Ikea Hacks...

A stylish friend recently tipped me off to the clever company O'verlays, which makes all kinds of gorgeous overlay panels to add that extra special something to furniture. They make them to fit various ikea pieces (including Malm and Rast). However you can also get them custom sized for any other furniture you may want to spruce up. The best part- they're only about $10/each! I'd say the Cheryl and the Fiona are my faves.

Here they are in action!

Wow! Isn't this a great color combo?

The plain white looks so very expensive.

Amazing Greek key reminds me of the Worlds Away line.

More Rast hacks!

And a two tone Malm.

They work on non ikea pieces too.

And there's a kit for the idea lack table. Though I think you could use this narrow Greek key trim on a variety of things.

Is anyone else thoroughly impressed? Check out O'verlays and tell us your favorite! - Posted using BlogPress from my iPad

I'm in the middle of my dresser update right now! My overlays arrived yesterday and I'm trying to decide what color to paint them! Love this company!!

Danika is AMAZING and her O'verlays are totally brilliant. I'm going to redoing a Malm dresser for a little boys room with some and can't wait to work with them.
Check out what she did with them + some square IKEA Ribba frames on this post:
Brilliant right?

I had heard about this company a little while ago and I'm so glad you reminded me about them. I always appreciate your great eye, and it looks like their collection is a lot more expansive than the last time I checked it out.
