Riddle Me This

The Manhattan piede-a-terre of desiner Suzanne Rheinstein is featured in November's Elle Decor.

This is the master bedroom. Is it just us, or is there something unusual about this master bedroom? Tell us if you agree...

Didn't see anything unusual about this bedroom until I reread.......master.
Guess there's no "romance" going on in this master bedroom!

Thank you so much for pointing this out! I think it is bizarre that it wasn't addressed in the article ... even in a joking way. Very strange. I think in this day and age its more typical for older married couples to have separate bedrooms than just the "I Love Lucy" Lucy and Ricky style side-by-side beds.

It is a beautiful room...just not for a master bedroom. Maybe a master for the 50's....!

Reminds me of my beloved grandparents ... now deceased, but born in the early 1900s!

When my great gradparents were 90 and 96, they had separate beds. They just weren't as fancy!

Apparently one of them snores ;) I was looking at a redesign of my bedroom, I think I'll throw this in the style file to see if the hubby notices
