Gracious me.... pick just one fabric- I love tons, though the best part of CC is roaming the aisles and "feeling" the various textures. Guess I'll pick Annie Selke's Esha Citrus/Ivy. Fun, vibrant fabric and would look great as a pillow or chair accent.
Oh, please pick me! Would love to win this one!!
And telling 3 friends is the easy part.

I have been searching for drapes for months with no luck, so I would get fabric that my lovely mother and I would sew. Also, I am about to relocate for a job, so if my new apartment has space for an accent chair I might use the fabric to recover a craigslist find. I love the Key West white/yellow, Diamante in flax, Silhouette in kiwi or turquoise, and Kalah in blue.

Yet another awesome giveaway! This is a tough assignment, I can't pick just one, though the Dasan fabric in mocha/seamist would make some pretty throw pillows for my bed!

Elizabeth said...

oooh, this is exciting. My favorite is Dahlia Slate. I've been looking for drapes with a grey tone to them to help me create a dividing line between my dining room and living room.

I had been looking at solid colors but the Dahlia Slate is perfect because it has the grey background (the dominant color in the dining room) with accents of blue and green, complementing the living room.

Anonymous said...

Can't just pick one, but okay, if there is a free giveaway.....I'd pick 'chilton avocado'. I'm loving the color green right now and this would look beautiful on my new living room sofa. Francoise

I love their traditional patterns (floral, paisley, toile...), but my real favorite is the Sugar Baby Splash fabric: it would be perfect for an aromatherapy pillow for my Sweetheart and a small pouch for me.
Thanks for the giveaway!

That is a very tough call! I love Malino Rust for curtains for our master bedroom, but also crush on Silhouette for a modern take on a floral. I NEED to win! ;)

GiniGL said...

I would use "CHIP" in "Jewel" to recover my "Swing" chair- I need a print in my living room and I am introducing blue to my color scheme, to go along with the orange and red that are there already. I think this would be a great way to do it.

Gumbo Butter said...

I love all of the Ralph Lauren fabrics! The Leighton Hunt fabric in olive is my favorite. I would love to make a table cloth with this horse hunting print. It would be perfect for steeplechase tailgates. This would definitely help me win some of the tailgate contests. I could even but a plaid on the reverse side to mix it up…I like the RL Devon plaid in brown. These two fabrics would make a nice tablecloth combination! Great giveaway…love the blog! xx

Marcie said...

I would definitely use the Benita Multi in my living room as drapes. I have curtain rods all ready for when I bite the bullet and really make a decision.

Mary said...

What an awesome giveaway! It's really hard to choose just one favorite. . . but I am really liking the Dahlia Aegean and would use it in my kitchen.

coqui1024 said...

Like many commenters, I have a ton of favorites on the site. But right now I am really into ikat and "ethnic" type patterns patterns, and have been inspired by Kathryn M. Ireland fabrics. I sort of wish more was listed under the "ethnic" category on the CC site, but I love the Makeda Mocha. I also like Inoteca Indigo and Rea Indigo. Even something subtle, like Dora Natural, would be great for drapes in my living room. OK, couldn't choose just one fave - sorry! Thanks for doing this giveaway! :)

Amanda said...

parasols turquoise, silhouette kiwi, rowlily palm beach, scramble citrus....those are just a few of my favorites! i just moved into my first big girl apartment with my roommate and any of these fabrics would be so fantastic for drapes in our living room! i just love all of them!

My five year old and I LOVE to sew together (great bonding time while passing on my skills to her). We would use the Shalini fabric (ivory/raspberry) to make a cheerful teddybear for her room. We would create the pattern together - I would then sew it and she would stuff it. Top it off with a pretty bow around the neck. The colors in the fabric would really look great in her bedroom; it would truly be a "one of a kind" item with a cherished memory :-).

The lime green Luke fabric would be fun splashes of color in the (mostly) white kitchen that we are in the process of renovating(table cloth or window treatments).

Tran said...

I would get Luke in Lime/white to make throw pillows or floor cushions or maybe both!

And then I would base my living room decor around it. The color is so yummy!

Chic Geek said...

So fun! I am dying to make pillows using Jangle Silversage and Fretwork Aqua!

Hopeful Homemaker said...

My top two favorites would be the Silhouette turquoise and the Aviary robin. I'd probably have to decide after seeing a swatch. I'd use one of them to recover the dining room chairs that are awaiting refurbishing!

Summer said...

So, I have these beautiful dining room built-ins with glass front doors. But they are sad, white wallflowers that nobody notices. That is until I line them with Calico Corners "Parasols" in turquoise. But where will I get the money? Where, or where?

Kinzie Sue said...

Love CalicoCorners!! I've always been a fan of the Dahlia print, I could use it on many things, but I'm thinking it would make some fun drapes! Thanks for this chance to win!

Another awesome giveaway! You ladies are so generous! I'd love to do my son's nursery curtains in the "silhouette turquoise" fabric. It's so gorgeous and doesn't look too adult at all.

Thanks for the contest!

What fun I've just had, browsing through C.C's beautiful fabrics! I am loving Prado Sorbet, a stunning plaid of soft red and yellow. No greens to muddy it up~ fresh and clean. It will look great in my living room on an accent chair~! I've been looking for one for months~ now, at least, I've found the fabric! Thanks for the little shopping trip!

I love the Bocce in Fresno. I have a great Kai Kristiansen chair (like the one at http://www.lotusbleudesign.com/images/items/177.jpg, but without the cool fabric) that I have been meaning to fix up. It would look just lovely reupholstered in this.

corriebear said...

I am in love with the Campbell Magenta fabric. It would be great on a chair for my daughter's room.

I adore Yosca and have it in my living room for pillows, etc. mixed with yummy linens. Also, I am loving all of Annie Selke's designs and fabulous colors... but I am also dying to use Vienna Flower-love the birds! Too hard to pick just one.

Thanks for the chance to win! I will absolutely pass on the word!

Jeannine @ Small and Chic said...

I'm really surprised! I honestly thought of Calico Corners as a place for traditional fabrics. My first sofa was from there and I remember combing through chinz and paisley to find something that suited me (I went with a solid color that had a little texture). I didn't realized they had updated! There are some pretty, modern fabrics on their site!

I think my favorite (and I paged through most of the collection) is a updated damask called Della Lemon.

I think I'd use it for pillows...the scales seems right for that.

Off to tweet this...

Just last week I saw an idea for a terrific banquette. (remodeling my kitchen.) And it had red/white stripes for the seats. The closest I could come up with is the Ticktock Scarlet.
