That Perfect Hue of Blue

Cobalt blue is such a fabulous color, and we are thrilled to see it regaining popularity.  It works in so many different settings, in a variety of styles.  We have recently loved it for clothing and accessories, and it is just stunning in interiors as well.

Here are some of our favorite cobalt interiors:

Do you like this blue as much as we do?  How are you using it in your home?

Love these examples! Sort of reminds me of MoS Charlotte's nursery! I would love to paint my dining room a similar color. I especially like how the House Beautiful photo incorporated the apple green and white--that's a great color combo.

I used to have a cobalt blue dining room, but no more...seeing these beautiful pictures makes me miss it!

MM LOVE these. I think Miles Redd immediately but there are some other less "bold" (and I don't mean that in a bad way!) examples too. Gorgeous!

We most definitely love blue! My mom and I are navy obsessed and we would love to have a beautiful navy in one of our rooms.

I've been searching for the perfect blue for my bedroom. I'll probably end up more navy than colbalt, but these rooms are gorgeous. I especially love the high gloss walls by Miles Redd. I'm so jealous; my plaster walls are not conducive to high gloss. Sigh.
