We know that many of our readers are uber-talented in the needlepoint department, and for that reason we are thrilled to present our newest Matters of Style giveaway- a needlepoint kit from stylish UK-based needlepoint company Felicity Hall Contemporary Needlepoint. The winner of the giveaway will receive her choice of any needlepoint kit from those priced at £60 (which makes this giveaway worth a very generous $90+!). A kit includes everything you need- canvas, wool, needles, threader, instructions, and illustrations.

It can be difficult to find stylish needlepoint canvases and we are happy to report that Felicity's are some of the best we've seen. We'd be thrilled to put any of her designs in our own homes. We are swooning over all of her wimsical, colorful designs, such as the ones pictured here, and there are many more on her website! I am in love with the alphabet pillows. It would create a small problem to win though because I could not do without both. I would have to order the other. I am inspired by the bold colors. Thanks for the chance.

I LOVE the Alpha needlepoint kits- her choice of colors is really fun! I love Alpha I because of the blues (my favorite color), but I'm also partial to the Alpha II because of the great fonts! So hard to choose! I can't wait to see her Alphabet charts (which are coming soon!) Thank you so much for pointing out this great site!
As a huge needlepoint fan, I was really excited to see this post...I am always looking for ideas of where to get my next canvas. I love these designs... definitely a fun change from your traditional, boring florals! I love the Three Swallows design. It has great, bright colors and a cheerful, but still contemporary pattern. It would look great in so many rooms! MMahon
Oh my goodness! I am almost worried that MoS has introduced me to Felicity Hall...I want them all! I am thinking the two car pillows would be amazing in my son's room (and I must have two because he's got a little brother on the way now). There really isn't one I don't like. How fun to have the classic tradition of needlepoint in such modern and vibrant colors! Thanks for this gals!

I love "in the Frame" The butterflies are so fun and it's neat to see them done like a gallery wall. I also adore that great red background.

I love needlepointing! I am almost finsihed with my current needlepoint project (a pillow for MoS Baby Boy's nursery!) so I'll need a new one soon!
I love the rectangular pillows with the cars on them. So fun. Felicity Hall has some great needlepoint designs...I would be happy buying ANY of them!

Also - I should add - it is damn hard to find good needlepoint kits that don't include cherubs, hearts, cats, horses, or the words "God Bless This House." I am thrilled to have found Felicity Hall.
I was thinking I could use "in the Frame" but leave out the butterflies and insert pics of the Grandkids> Her designs are so fun and love the colors.

wow, I have never seen this designer before, but WOW.
I really, really liker her vintage silhouette, but my favorite has to be the "Three Swallows" the colors and lines are flawlessly beautiful!

I like the Alpha 1 canvas - perfect for my soon to be adopted grandson. We are working on learning letters and numbers now. Beautiful and unusual canvases.

Definitely Three Swallows!!
Most definitely the flight of the three swallows. I like the color arrangements and the many possibilities of different types of stitches.
are you serious? "one" favorite?? impossible. but i must say that the Victorian one with it's shades of blue and brown seems to exemplify her contemporary spin on an old art form. today the hot combo for decorating is blue and brown and all variations thereof and yet the items in her NP are of a Victorian era and using NP as the medium for presenting it. I find that one pice speaks voluumes about her interpretation of our passion.
What a fresh take on needlepoint! I love the metallic bird kaleidoscope kit.
