For the second edition of our MoS Personal Shopper series, we are looking at belts! Belts are the perfect accessory for so many looks, and they can make the most shapeless tunic super-flattering. We like to wear a skinny belt over a cardigan with a pencil skirt (although I'm not sure any belt would fit around my tummy until after Dec!), and we love belts with simple sheath dresses too!
We love the double-buckle style! It is fun and fashion-forward with a bit of an edge, without being as over-the-top as a corset type belt. We would wear these with a sheath dress and some ankle boots for an edgy look!

You can't go wrong with an equestrian chic belt. It is classic American style that we love, epitomized of course by Ralph Lauren. We would wear these belts with an oxford shirt, jeans, and our favorite Fryes. They would also look fab with a shirtdress.

I was just at J.Crew looking at their belt selection and they are ALL skinny - which I normally don't wear. I love the tortoise patent leather but seeing as I actually use my belts to help keep my pants up (darn low-rise jeans), I'm not sure that would work. Ideally, I'd like a inch-wide tortoise patent leather belt. Have you seen one anywhere?

What an amazing collection you have in this post! I love belts and just bought a studded wrap belt that I loveee. I am thinking I need a thicker belt as well!
