Just a Note

In today's world of emails, texts, and facebook messages, sometimes it seems as though a handwritten note is a lost art. But nothing makes our day like reaching into our mailbox and being surprised with a note, card, or invitation from a friend. Thankfully, gone are the days where Hallmark cards were the be-all-end-all of correspondence. There are lots of cute options at many different price points! Stationery also makes a wonderful gift for that hard-to-shop-for family member or friend. Even the girl who has everything can always use a stylish new selection of notecards!

As usual, we are smitten with Iomoi's selection of notecards. And we can't resist anything called Love Monkeys!

We're a little P.O.'d that Pottery Barn is bringing coral into the mainstream this spring, but these orange seaweed notecards are still a cut above.

We love the bold graphic print on these Coakley Cay notecards.

How darling and feminine is the pink pagoda?
One of our favorite stationary resources is Minnie & Emma. We absolutely love that you can pick out your style, your monogram, and the pattern for lining the envelope.

How cute is the brown and blue monogram with these envelope lining choices?!

This little turtle is just precious. Cute for any age!

For mamas-to-be, these notecards are adorable! Perfect for all of your shower thank you notes!

For a chic child's birthday party invite, we just love this circus theme!

And for your next cocktail party, you can't go wrong with these!

These address labels sure beat the complimentary ones that my insurance agent sends me each year for my birthday.

For something totally original, we love these Chair Collection notecards from Anniechovie. Her illustrations are totally gorgeous- they remind us of an updated take on Mark Hampton's trademark watercolors.

We also love the Red Chinoiserie Chair series. The scalloped edges give the card an extra bit of polish.
For a variety of stationery brands and styles, you cannot beat Fine Stationery. If what you're looking for isn't there, then it isn't anywhere!

Boatman Geller is one of our favorites!

Boatman also makes fab notepads. Even the grocery list looks glamorous when written on this bird cage notecard!

William Arthur's designs are so unique and beautiful.

And don't forget that men need great stationery too! How fab is this sailfish card from William Arthur? We'd probably pick a more masculine font, but the graphic is so classic.

You can't go wrong with a classic Crane's pattern. Some things just never go out of style.

Whoops! I posted with my roommate's name by mistake!

Love the post! I need to print labels for my wedding hotel goody bags and I am definitely going to check out Iomoi. So cute!

I can't agree more with being P'Oed at Pottery Barn for mainstreaming coral. I don't know if it can remain my current obsession if everyone and their mom has a coral bedspread in their guest room!
